Perez-Blanco wraps up 27 years at Penn State

MechSE Illinois alumnus Horacio Perez-Blanco (MSME ’76, PhDME ’79) will retire at the end of June, after serving as a mechanical engineering professor for 27 years at Penn State University. A news article on the Penn State website said Perez-Blanco keeps fond memories of his advisers at the University of Illinois, including professors S. L. Soo and B. T. Chao.
